Trick Williams secured his second United States Championship title at Sunday Night's Main Event, capitalizing on an unexpected opportunity after his manager Lil Yachty survived a five-minute match against Baron Corbin.
The outcome of the match was far from certain, as Corbin initially seemed poised to retain the title. However, Yachty's determination in the ring allowed Williams to get another shot at the championship. Despite being put through a table after the bell, Yachty managed to hold on and give Williams the opportunity to compete for the title.
